The Foston Group recognizes the need to create and deliver a Security officer training program that exceeds the Provincial Basic Security Training (BST) standard. TFG believes a curriculum designed without the influence of “Essential Skills,” Occupational Health & Safety, Emergency Preparedness training and the ability to write effectively does not serve employers, clients, or the community. TFG’s philosophy incorporates that there must be a measurable change in the student’s skill-setabilities
(including life skills) for training to be effective.
